    This is definitely not the book for people who are definitely not serious and it wouldn’t be wrong to say that it’s more than just a book. In today’s fast paced life where the priority place has been taken from health by wealth, the fact that health taken for granted proves to be fatal is not new. And getting back in shape or losing weight or any other such objective, from a real thing turns into a dream. This book will do something that that dream will once again turn into a reality, an achievable reality.

    There is a list of food items mentioned which are good for body’s metabolism and some aspects of exercise are really good. But what I liked most is the last chapter where the writer takes the things from food and exercise to the next level, mind and body function. I feel this book is just not limited to the surface level but a lot more and will really help people in meeting their health and fitness goals.

    After reading this short book, it becomes clear that the author is passionate about helping people to create better lives for themselves. You will not find a diet plan in this to follow, but it will be a good starting place for someone that is not familiar with exercise and eating at all. Then from this book, you can look into other resources to find out which diet suits you best. I wish the author had included some resources inside (which I always find to be of great value because the reader doesn’t have to search endlessly hereafter), but I dig his passion. I’m sure he will continue to add more value to this book as time goes on.
