    I was really impressed with this e-book! I’m a workaholic constantly trying to find a way to keep my energy up and also to relax. The part that hit home for me was so simple: breathing. I didn’t realize I was breathing through only the top half of my lungs, vs. my whole abdomen. The 4-2-8 technique is simple, effective, and something I can do in between meetings to keep me aligned.
